How should you know the steps of the house from Vastu Shastra
1. North side steps should never be made towards north. It is said to lead to family feuds over the centuries.
2. Dustbin: - Clean the stairs daily and do not keep any garbage or dustbin under it. Keeping the dustbin under the stairs, germs thrive there. Due to which negativity starts coming in the house.
3. Shoe Case: - In Vastu Shastra shoes and chapals are kept outside the house. Therefore shoes should never be kept under the stairs. This spreads negativity in the house and increases stress.
4. If you are going up the stairs in the house, then it should always go towards the west or south direction, and while descending further, it should descend towards the east or north direction.
5. Illumination: - The space under the stairs should never be left in the dark. There should always be light light at this place.
6. Broken Stairs: - If your steps are broken or broken. So get them fixed immediately because these are inauspicious signs. Especially for married couples.
7. Kitchen: - The stairs in the house should never start or end towards the kitchen, house of worship or store room. It should always be from outside the house towards some room.
8. If for some reason the steps are made at the wrong place in the house and there is a room equal to it. So no house person should stay in that room. It should only be made as a guest room.
9. Always remember that the steps are going up. The same steps should never go towards any basement.
10. Counting the stairs According to Vastu Shastra, the count of stairs should always be 5, 11, 17. If it is in any number, then a ladder should be added to it. The number of stairs should always be odd. The number of stairs should be such that if it is divided by 3, 2 is left. Such as 5, 11, 17, 23, 29, 32, 36 etc.
11. It is best to build stairs in the south or west part of the building. The winding of the stairs should be clockwise. There should be no closed door in front of the stairs.
12. If the steps are to be made in circular or curved, then the curve should always be from east to south, south to west, west to west and north to east. If the top part of the house is to be rented and the landlord himself has to stay down, then in such a situation, stairs should never be built in front of the house to reach the top. In such a situation the tenant gets financial benefit and the landlord has to face economic loss. Start and end gates of stairs must be made.
